Can you answer Stay Cool’s question about IBS?:

I’ve read that you aren’t supposed to eat wheat somewhere, then I read somewhere else that you are supposed to eat wheat, grains, and fiber!! Which one are you supposed to stay away from? This is so confusing.

Please help! I need to know which foods I am supposed to eat and which foods I am supposed to stay away from because I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

i currently have to drink a cocktail-fiber, mineral oi, water, and magnesium citrate. i drink this everyday and then at night i drink miralax. bloating is a constant problem so i also take levsin. i am soooooooo tired of this routine. if you have ibs what are you taking? does it help?
