I don’t want any specialty teas that are sold for way too much moeny on the internet. But what are some grocery store brands that would soothe IBS?

    IBS Feedback: You can try chamomile, fennel and peppermint tea. Buy these from the grocery store or buy the actual herbs to brew yourself.

    IBS Feedback: Camomile and peppermint are best, as other two people mentioned, however be sure you get 100% natural, organic tea and not tea with any artificial ingredients. Lots of tea has garbage added to it which will add to your IBS. Brands I can buy in gourmet grocery stores (I’m in California): Yogi Tea and Traditional Medicinals. Good luck!
