IBS Feedback: Irratible Bowel Syndrome, it involves the malfunction of the intestinal system, abdominal pains reported as cramping, bloating, gas,

drink plenty of water, and aim for 4 -5 meals daily with small portions
soluble diet is good for that

IBS Feedback: This is a specific answer to a specific situation.

It can be a nasty week when you start increasing your fiber content.
You can experience bowe cramps, And make no mistake - cramps can be anywhere from “uncomfortable” to make you sit up at night with cold sweats. Your doctor (IF HE/SHE IS COMPETENT) will give you pain killers to overcome the bad couple of days.

Then, once your bowels get used to moving cellulose (metamucil, what have you) everything will settle back to normal.

Your bowel movements will become pain-free, in fact comfortable,
with no or minimal odor, and if you have no hemorrhoid problems.

And think about this - I am not a doctor (God’s you know) not even a nurse (often better than doctors) etc ad nauseum. But the one thing you can not rationalize away is IT WORKED

    Good luck
