IBS Feedback: Usually grains and all dairy foods are the biggest problem. If you know your blood type, get a book that lists the correct foods for that type and avoid the bad ones. Most common problem grains are corn and wheat, but could be all grains. Also, probiotics from the health food store (in the refrig) will help restore proper digestive function.

IBS Feedback: Stay away from high fiber foods like fruits and vegetables. Also stay away from foods that give you a lot of gas. I’m sure you know what those are for you.
Try to keep your diet simple for a couple of weeks. Boiled potatoes, beef, chicken and fish are good bets.
Stay away from the dairy products unless you know for a fact that you are NOT lactose intolerant.
Skip the junk foods and fast foods.
